5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7. Website and App Development
Website and app development projects will follow the agreed specifications and deliverables. The client is responsible for checking the accuracy of supplied business details, pricing, legal statements, and other published information.
Unless included in the agreed scope, ongoing maintenance, hosting, domain renewal, premium licenses, security monitoring, future upgrades, and third-party integrations may be charged separately.
8. SEO and Backlink Services
SEO results depend on many factors, including competition, website quality, content, search engine changes, technical issues, and backlink quality. We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, or a particular time frame for ranking improvements.
Backlink services may involve external websites whose policies, availability, and link attributes we do not control. We cannot guarantee that every backlink will remain live permanently, be indexed by search engines, or improve rankings.
Any specific replacement, monitoring, or link-retention commitment must be stated in writing in the relevant package or proposal.
9. Digital Advertising Services
Advertising services may include campaign setup, ad creative preparation, audience configuration, campaign management, and performance reporting, depending on the selected package.
- Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta, or other platforms are separate from our service fees unless expressly included.
- Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their offers, products, claims, and landing-page content.
- Ad approval, delivery, cost, reach, leads, conversions, and results are controlled in part by third-party platforms and market conditions.
- We do not guarantee ad approval, a specific cost per lead, sales volume, or return on advertising spend.
10. PR and Press Release Publishing
PR and publishing services are subject to editorial decisions, publisher requirements, availability, and third-party policies. Publication on a particular website is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the facts, claims, names, photographs, quotations, and other materials they submit. We may decline or request changes to content that appears unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or inconsistent with publisher requirements.
We do not guarantee news coverage, audience reach, backlinks, search engine indexing, rankings, or business results from a press release or publication.
11. Revisions and Project Approval
The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the quotation or package. Requests that substantially change the approved scope, design, or functionality may require additional fees and time.
Clients should review and approve deliverables before final launch or publication. Corrections requested after approval may be treated as additional work where appropriate.
12. Intellectual Property
Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables will be governed by the relevant proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, third-party software, fonts, themes, plugins, stock images, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.
Clients must not use third-party materials without the necessary permissions. We may display completed work in our portfolio only where permitted by the project agreement and applicable law.
13. Third-Party Platforms and External Links
Our services may rely on third-party platforms, including Google, Meta, hosting providers, domain registrars, publishers, and software providers. These services have their own terms, policies, charges, and availability.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account suspensions, platform decisions, or changes to external websites that are outside our reasonable control.
14. Confidentiality and Privacy
We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Clients should avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary contact channels.
Where a project requires confidential information or special data-handling arrangements, the parties may agree to additional written confidentiality or data-processing terms.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of anticipated profits, lost business opportunities, or losses caused by third-party platforms or information supplied by the client.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any other limitation of liability must be interpreted subject to applicable law and the specific agreement between the parties.
16. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate a project or service where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, unlawful activity, abusive conduct, or a serious risk to security or third-party rights. Where reasonable and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Fees for completed work and committed third-party costs may remain payable, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and will not override specific written commitments that continue to govern an existing order.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of India. Disputes will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and any valid dispute-resolution agreement between the parties. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal rights or jurisdiction.
